Bodybuilding & Fitness Club at USC

The purpose of the Club is to promote the health and wellness of students at USC.  This goal is accomplished through weight training, a healthy diet and cardiovascular exercise.  As a member of the Club, you will learn proper exercise techniques, get insight into dieting and supplements, as well as always have a motivational partner nearby to help push you that extra step or rep to reach your goals.  Events such as the Mr./Miss USC Bodybuilding/Figure competition, USC Octathlon (8 event fitness challenge) and USC Strength Meet are held through out the year as a fun challenges and serve as focal point for student fitness goals.

Club Meeting Time

All meetings/group training are held in Room 111 of the Blatt PE Center on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 7:30pm during fall and spring semesters. Workouts and extra training sessions are TBD at meetings and by officers.
