Bodybuilding & Fitness Club of USC

The purpose of the Club is to promote the health and wellness of students at USC.  This goal is accomplished through weight training, a healthy diet and cardiovascular exercise.  As a member of the Club, you will learn proper exercise techniques, get insight into dieting and supplements, as well as always have a motivational partner nearby to help push you that extra step or rep to reach your goals.  Events such as the Mr./Miss USC Bodybuilding competition, USC Octathlon and USC Stength Meet are held through out the year as a fun challenge and serve as a focal point for your fitness goals.

Club Meeting Time

All meetings are held in Room 111 of the Blatt PE Center on Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:30pm during fall and spring semesters.
